There are today many companies in the same business as The Lawsmiths. That pleases us, because although many other such agencies hide behind the legal protection of "commercial puffery" for their claims of being "pioneers" and "the first" and so on, it was solely and truly us, The Lawsmiths, who founded this industry (back in very early 1984, so new is it), and for many years we were the only such full-service organization in the world. We are proud to see how our early efforts have helped the profession adapt to the changing needs of these changing times.

The Lawsmiths operates throughout the State of California. To help us better serve you, we are organized as two distinct regional entities:

• The Lawsmiths of Northern California, Inc. ("NorCal"), and

• The Lawsmiths of Southern California, Inc. ("SoCal")

Although NorCal and SoCal are generally similar in their services and operations, they are each sufficiently specialized to their coverage region that this web site is organized into distinct sets of pages for each region. The Lawsmiths of Northern California

NorCal serves law offices and attorneys in the northern half of California, including San Francisco, the East Bay, the Peninsula, Marin, greater San Jose ("Silicon Valley"), Sacramento, Fresno, and all other areas from (and including) Monterey County north to the border.

The Lawsmiths of Southern California

SoCal serves law offices and attorneys in the southern half of California, including Los Angeles, Orange County, Santa Barbara, the Inland Empire, San Diego, and all other areas from (and including) San Luis Obispo County south to the border.
